A day to remind your nervous system what safe community and healing can feel like.
We spend the day together with art, movement and a grounding sound bath, then close around a shared community meal. E2E December 20th SAFE Inner Ground Retreat participants will arrive straight from the cabin, and alumni and community members can join us for the day, starting 11 am.
You don't need to have been part of our Wellness Program or Retreat to experience this renewal. You only need to want an unhurried day with others who are doing their own inner work and relate differently to life.

11:00 Arrive and settle in
Tea, a warm welcome, and time to get comfortable.
12:00 Opening circle
Our SACRED agreements for the day, and a moment to set your intention.
12:30 Art integration with Anna Grace of Atelierofsoul
Two hours with art and somatic play, for what words can't even reach sometimes.
No art experience needed. All supplies provided, or you can bring your own if you prefer.
2:30 Break
Stretch, refill your water, step outside.
3:00 Somatic movement
Gentle movement, dance or stillness. You choose what your body needs.
3:30 Sound bath with Jenna Dillon of Golden Harmonics
Harmony through sound integration and alchemy singing bowls.
Allow to be cared for, close your eyes, and let it take you home.
4:30 Closing circle
What you noticed today, and what you're taking home.
5:00 Community meal
A vegan, gluten-friendly meal around one table, with the most lovely of people
- the E2E Community.
5:40 Tidy up and goodbyes
We put the room back together and close by 6pm.

Cancellations
Tickets to the Community Healing Day can be refunded until December 6, less a $15 fee. You can give your ticket to someone else at any time, just let us know their name. After December 6 we can’t offer a refund. If we cancel the day, you get your full ticket price back.
