An Essence to Essence and Avalon Temple invitation:
What happens
Oasis Heart and Lizzie Perez are inviting you a facilitated community integration circle for every member of your family, small or tall.
We'll open the circle with a smudge and come together heart to heart. Together we'll look at what this season has brought us.
We'll name what we're harvesting, what we're ready to shed, and what we want to plant for the season ahead.
Along the way we'll talk about tending the spark of our own lives, and about the relationships and reciprocity that hold us. Then we'll make an offering together from what we're letting go of. At the end of the evening, we'll release it to the fire.
A gong bath will bring the circle to a close, followed by tea and marshmallows by the fire: for all of us kids :)

✧ What do I want to plant and grow next?
✧ Will my values and relationships, and the way I'm showing up in them, support the season ahead, or is something asking to be revisited?
✧ What am I choosing to commit to next?
Who it's for
Families, friends and community. Kids of all ages are welcome. No experience needed, only a willingness to be present, to reflect and share as much or as little as you like.
What to bring
✧ Something to let go of for the offering: dried flowers from around the house, or a note you'd like to write and release to the fire
✧ Warm layers for sitting by the fire
✧ Your own mug, if you'd like

✧ $60 for two bought at the same time
✧ Children under 16 join us free
Send an e-transfer to connect@essencetoessence.ca for your family's total. In the memo, add the names of everyone we should expect, so we can set a place for each of you.

Good to know
✧ Friday, October 16 · 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.
✧ The Avalon Temple, Calgary (private residence address will be shared with participants only)
✧ Smoke from the smudge and the fire is part of the evening. If you or your little ones are sensitive to smoke, let us know and we'll make space for you.
✧ Children can stay with their caregiver, or join other older children by the fire and roast marshmallows.
