Psychedelic integration support in Calgary and online

Some experiences open something — a memory, a truth, a grief, a new possibility, or a pattern you can no longer pretend not to see. Integration support helps you slow down, listen, make sense of what surfaced, and translate insight into real life change.

What integration support is

Integration support is a grounded space for reflection, nervous system awareness, somatic practice, emotional processing, meaning making, and practical next steps. This is not medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support.

What private support may include

Intention setting · Readiness reflection · Nervous system preparation · Somatic grounding · Pattern mapping · Emotional integration · Reflection after meaningful experiences · Boundaries, truth telling, and repair · Integration planning · Gentle accountability after insight
