Essence to Essence Psychedelic Fridays: Paint Night Event Outline

5:00 PM - Doors Open for Guests

- Come mingle and connect in a safe community, share a meal together from Pachamama's Menu before we begin.

6:00 PM - Opening Circle (Doors Close)

- Opening Circle, setting the intention for the evening.

Intention Setting & Honouring the Sacred energy of Love and Authenticity

- Meditation and Breathwork, preparing for the creative process.

- Painting session begins, guided by Anna Grace, inviting guests to explore their creativity through the theme of Self Love.

Break (30 Minutes)

- A 30-minute intermission allows guests to relax, connect, and enjoy food and drinks from Pachamama’s menu, available for purchase.

Guided and Mindful Painting Continues

- Guided painting session continues, helping participants to deepen their artistic exploration.

Closing Circle

- The event concludes with a Closing Circle encapsulating the evening's experiences and shared moments.
